Terms and Conditions

IT IS OUR GOAL TO CULTIVATE LONG TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR CLIENTS BY CONSISTENTLY DELIVERING HIGH QUALITY, CONVENIENT PROPERTY SERVICES AT COMPETITIVE PRICES.

ONCE THE CLIENT HAS SIGNED UP AND WE HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE, WEATHER DEPENDING WE PLAN TO COMPLETE THE FIRST SERVICE WITHIN SEVEN DAYS. WE PLAN TO BE ONSITE EACH WEEK DURING GROWING SEASON TO COMPLETE YOUR LAWN SERVICE. OUR AIM IS TO SCHEDULE THE SAME DAY EACH WEEK BUT THERE MAY BE ADJUSTMENTS DUE TO WEATHER EVENTS, FORECASTS OR HOLIDAYS. WE DO NOT SCHEDULE SERVICE ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS, BUT THERE MAY BE EXCEPTIONS AFTER WEATHER EVENTS IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THE PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE OF YOUR LAWN. IN-CASE OF WEATHER DELAYS WE WILL RETURN TO THE NORMAL SCHEDULE THE FOLLOWING WEEK EVEN IF THERE IS ONLY A FEW DAYS BETWEEN CUTS.

LAWN SERVICE WILL BEGIN AT THE FIRST SIGN OF GROWTH, USUALLY IN MARCH. SERVICE WILL BE SUSPENDED AT THE END OF THE GROWING SEASON, USUALLY IN OCTOBER. WE WILL NOT EDGE THE WALKWAY AND DRIVEWAY EACH WEEK BUT WE WILL MAINTAIN IT THROUGHOUT THE SEASON. FOR ADDITIONAL FEES WE DO OFFER A LA CARTE SERVICES THAT CAN BE SELECTED, SCHEDULED AND ADDED TO YOUR BILL CYCLE FOR THE MONTH THAT THEY ARE COMPLETED. FERTILIZATION AND WEED CARE SERVICE WILL BEGIN IN MARCH AND CAN BE REQUESTED EACH MONTH THROUGH AUGUST. AERATION AND SEEDING IS AVAILABLE IN SPRING OR FALL DEPENDING ON THE GRASS TYPE YOU HAVE. MULCH/PINE STRAW APPLICATIONS IS AVAILABLE YEAR-ROUND. FALL CLEAN UPS WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM OCTOBER THROUGH DECEMBER. PESTICIDE APPLICATION WILL BE AVAILABLE IN MARCH AND CAN BE SCHEDULED EACH MONTH THROUGH AUGUST. BUSH TRIMMING IS AVAILABLE YEAR-ROUND.

THE CLIENT WILL REMOVE ALL MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS SUCH AS TOYS, TRASH, FECES, HOSES, FURNITURE, LARGE STICKS ETC. BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL FOR SERVICE. THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR MOVING ITEMS LEFT ON THE LAWN OR GETTING FECES ON THE EQUIPMENT. IF THERE IS AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM THE CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE IT'S WORKING CORRECTLY AND THE HEADS ARE NOT STICKING UP. MA SERVICES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE TO ITEMS LEFT ON OR STICKING UP ABOVE THE LAWN. FOR PROJECTS THAT MAY REQUIRE US TO GO BELOW THE LAWN SURFACE (SUCH AS AERATION AND MULCHING) ALL INVISIBLE FENCES, CABLES, IRRIGATION HEADS ETC. MUST BE MARKED WITH SPRAY PAINT OR FLAGS PRIOR TO SERVICE. MA PROPERTIES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGE DONE TO THINGS THAT ARE NOT MARKED. IF THERE IS A LOCKED GATE THE CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ACCESS BY SUPPLYING MA PROPERTIES WITH A KEY, A CODE, OR UNLOCKING THE GATE PRIOR TO OUR VISIT. IF THE CLIENT HAS ANY REASON FOR DELAYING SERVICE SUCH AS FALLEN TREES, MOVING TRUCKS, YARD PROJECTS ETC. THEY MUST GIVE 48 HOURS NOTICE TO DELAY OR SKIP SERVICE. IF ADVANCE NOTICE IS NOT GIVEN AND MA PROPERTIES IS UNABLE TO COMPLETE SERVICE UPON ARRIVAL THEN A $30 TRIP CHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO THE BILL.

THE CLIENT WILL PROVIDE A CREDIT CARD TO BE KEPT ON FILE AND BILLED ON THE LAST FRIDAY OF EVERY MONTH. SERVICE WILL BE SUSPENDED FOR DECLINED OR LATE PAYMENT AND A $25 LATE FEE WILL BE CHARGED. FOR EITHER PARTY TO CANCEL SERVICE A 30 DAY NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN. MA PROPERTIES ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR SERVICES ALREADY SCHEDULED DURING THE 30-DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD.
